YAY! Deepika Padukone Will Be Part of XXX4, Confirms Director DJ Caruso!

Earlier this year, Bollywood’s two leading actress Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra — made their much-waited Hollywood debuts. While Chopra’s film “Baywatch” was appreciated by critics, Deepika’s film, DJ Caruso’s action adventure “xXx: Return of Xander Cage” did pretty well at the box office.



Now, Caruso has confirmed that Padukone will also be a part of the fourth installment of the xXx series. He added that the entire star cast, including Vin Diesel, will meet next week to discuss about their working schedule.

When asked by a fan, “Serena Unger Aka Deepika is there in #xXx4?”, Caruso replied, “Oh yes.





He also wrote, “Yes meetings next week. Honing in on story and start dates.”





The ‘Bajirao Mastani‘ star’s first Hollywood outing turned out to be a great success on the Box-Office, as the ‘XXX: Return of Xander Cage’ grossed over 346 millon USD, against a production budget of 85 million USD.

On the professional front, Deepika Padukone will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’ alongside Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. The film is scheduled to release on November 17.
