Arpine Hovhannisyan is an Armenian born politician and lawyer. She is also a former Minister of Justice and currently, she is one of the Vice Presidents of the National Assembly and representing the Republic of Armenia.
She is the first-ever female who has ever held the chair of Justice Minister in the Republic of Armenia.
