A superb basketball player who came through the ranks from Washington High & Notre Dame University. She have had made a fine transition from amateur to professional basketball in the states having won Big East Player of the Year back in 2012 and 13.
Diggins had a breakout year in the 2014 WNBA season and was named an All-Star. During the All-Star game, she had a team high 27 points including a lay-up that sent the game into overtime.
She ranked second in league in scoring with 20.1 point per game.
