Every time we were supposed to go out with his friends, I was given a whole list of dos and don'ts on how to dress up, what to say and pretty much everything!
When i look back now, i realise how wrong I was in accepting everything without so much as a hint of opposition and I admit that I was wrong for doing so.
7. He didn’t respect my opinions.
Whether it was about world peace or the latest fashion trend, all that mattered were his opinions. Because every time I thought of voicing my opinion in front of him, I was told that I was being ‘too naïve’.
