She is a famous fashion designer known for her trendy designs in the Indian television. Mrs. Khan has not just restricted her designing talent to television industry only. In fact, she has expanded her business endeavors beyond the realm of TV. Seema is the proud owner of a luxury concept retail boutique called ‘Bandra 190’, which she owns with other two beautiful star wives Suzzane Khan and Maheep Khan. She also owns the high-end beauty spa and salon ‘Kallista’ in Mumbai. It has an impressive list of clientele, mostly from the film, fashion and TV Industry.
Seema first rose to fame with the Sony TV show ‘Jassi Jaise Koi Nahin’ for which she worked as a costume designer. The look for the lead character Jassi was designed by her, which was liked by one and all and is still remembered by the fans of the path-breaking show. The look made the female lead, Mona Singh, a household name within a few days of the show’s launch. It just did not benefit Mona, it also helped Seema a lot. Seema’s original name is Seema Sachdev. After her marriage to Sohail, she changed her surname to Khan. Reportedly, Seema eloped with Sohail the day his directorial ‘Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya’ (1998) released. They married after a week. As Seema is a Punjabi, they first married in an Arya Samaj Mandir and later in the evening their nikaah was performed. The couple has two children named Nirvaan and Yohan.
