Victoria Justice and her sister Maddy Grace Reed went to the Maybelline New York x V Magazine design week party at the NoMo SoHo Hotel.
The pair have been a staple at a portion of the greatest fashion shows including Philippe Plein, Jonathan Simkhai, Andre Emery and Milly.
