New Zealand’s army is even less than 10,000 in number but still, they have been very eager to make women a part of their armed forces. Since the year 2001 females are having access to all their military positions. New Zealand today boasts about being the most women-heavy navy programs in the world.
That doesn’t really mean that females don’t face their share of ups and downs. One in ten females working in the army face some form of abuse and harassment.
